1. Purchasing Instructions
Athletes can purchase their race photos through bibpix.net or bibpix.ca using the following methods:
A. Pre-order Option
Best for athletes who want to receive their photos immediately after the race at a discounted rate.
- Step 1: Visit bibpix.net / bibpix.ca and select your event.
- Step 2: Enter your details: Full Name, Bib Number, and Email address.
- Step 3: Complete the online payment via Stripe (Credit/Debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or VNPAY (QR-Code/Local cards).
- Step 4: You will receive an order confirmation via email.
- Step 5: After race day, your photos will be automatically delivered to your registered email.
B. Purchase After the Race
- Step 1: Visit bibpix.net / bibpix.ca once the event is concluded.
- Step 2: Select your preferred package (Single photo, Photo sets, or All-inclusive digital bundle). Prices are listed per event.
- Step 3: Select your photos and enter your details: Full Name, Bib Number, and Email.
- Step 4: Complete the secure online payment via Stripe or VNPAY.
- Step 5: BibPix will instantly send a confirmation email with a link to download your high-resolution photos.
Note: Our website is available 24/7. Typically, race photos remain available for purchase for 90 days following the event conclusion.
2. Data Storage & Security Policy
BibPix is committed to storing only the minimum information necessary to process your order and provide customer support.
Information we store:
- User-provided data: Event name, Full Name, Email, Bib Number, and selected photo IDs.
- Transaction data: Payment provider (Stripe/VNPAY), Transaction ID, Status, and Timestamp.
Information we DO NOT store:
- Financial Data: We do not store your credit card numbers, debit card details, or bank account information.
- Sensitive Data: We do not store passwords or any other sensitive credentials used during the payment process.
